DAS ELISA (double-antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay)

· Capture antibody is coated on test well of ELISA plate.

· Your sample is added into the well and specifically bound to the capture antibody coated in the well.

· Detecting antibody conjugated with an enzyme is used to probe the sample captured in the test well.

· Substrate is added into well and reacts with the antibody-enzyme conjugate probed with the sample for developing color reaction.

· Positive and negative controls are included in each test for make sure the test is works right.

· Color development in test well indicates positive reaction and clear color indicates negative reaction. All test wells will be recorded as optical density value and reported to you.
